Customized Items
Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect. These products are uniquely made just for you, so we hope you understand our limitations in this area.

Returns must be initiated by email before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may not be eligible for a refund.
