30-Day Returns

You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. The process is simple and can be initiated by contacting us.

Note:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
  • Bundles: All items in a bundle must be returned together. If you wish to exchange one item in the bundle, return only the item you want to exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging, with tags attached, to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns.

Return Process:

  • Indicate your desire to exchange or return a product by contacting us.
  • Once the return is registered, follow the instructions provided to ship the item back to us.
  • After we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 working days. You will be notified once the return has been processed.

Return Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Return Processing Time:

  • Returns are processed within 10 working days of arrival at our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds may take up to 3 days to appear on your bank statement.
