Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order using our order tracking page. For any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us.

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over the seen value in the cart/checkout page, depending on your region. Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.

Orders cannot be cancelled or adjusted once placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

 

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Damage During Shipment

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage for further assistance.

International Fees

We are not responsible for any import or customs fees. Customers may be responsible for paying additional duties on orders. VAT may also be charged at the local rate. If duties and taxes are refused, the charges will be deducted from any refunds.

Late or Lost Orders

Ensure the correct delivery address is provided. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses or those requested to be left with neighbors. Report any discrepancies regarding missing or lost items within 30 working days from dispatch by contacting us. Lost items can only be refunded or replaced after 30 working days from the dispatch date.

Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered

If an item is shown as delivered but not received, it may have been delivered to a post room or colleague. Request a proof of delivery certificate from the delivery service's website. We do not refund or replace tracked items that show as delivered. We recommend delivery to a secure address.

Order Cancellation

If your order is unexpectedly cancelled, it might have been flagged as potentially fraudulent. Ensure your billing address matches your payment method or try ordering again with a PayPal account.
